While I agree to an extent 9.10, it should be remembered that at the material time, nobody - and I do mean nobody - from the 'legacy firms' had any power or control over any aspect of decision-making. Everything was directed from the incompetents in Australia. In fact, even equity partners in the 'legacy firms' were kept in the dark about most things. It certainly wasn't their decision to buy Quinron. Many warned against it.
