How many employed solicitors are so confident of floating seamlessly into another equally well paid job but with a more humane employer and in the same vicinity as their present job, that if faced with the threats, bullying and pressure that faced these individuals they could simply walk away from the old job and into the new job whilst 'blowing the whistle' on the toxic environment of their previous employment? Not many, I dare say. And that's the reality of the situation and why this sort of problem exists and will continue to exist for most of us.
