I can’t see what the problem is with everyone knowing what the rest of their team bill. It has always motivated me. It has motivated a lot of my friends over the years as well. Knowing each month that you will have to share your figures with your team concentrates your mind to get your billing done. If there is one person who consistently bills low then they should do something about it and not let their team carry them as a passenger.
