I am amazed and appalled at the "comments" that haven made here by ex employees who say that MW cared about mental health and looked after their staff. There may have been the very odd case where this happened, but as a member of ex management who left for ethical reasons due to the bullying tactics. Management have clearly "asked" members of staff to speak out and I would sincerely hope they haven't been bullied into it.

The fact of the matter is that, how much longer can this sort of behaviour go on for and at what point with the firm be put under the microscope. Perhaps ex employees should be given an opportunity to speak opening without the fear of being intimidated or frightened for their own personal safety.
