But the simplest solution would be to search everybody to enters the building regardless of perceived greatness or standing in the world.
Look at the post @ 11:38 for example "to be treated in the same manner as the other professional court users" is the cleaner not a "professional" or the "admin staff" or anybody else who also get searched on a daily basis?
