Mark (regrettably) has made considerable enemies in the establishment (Murdoch and his fellow Press Barons with his actions over phone hacking); and the fascistic elements in our society (Mark's acting in a matter which effectively bankrupted Katie Hopkins).

He was always going to be in the SRA's cross-hairs - As per Leigh Day suing the MoD / Govt.

We live in an environment in which Russian money launderers (who incredibly - do not have to KYC identify themselves when approaching/complaining to the SRA) can cause legitimate Solicitors months of work defending themselves - simply because 'one' refuses to look the other way and accept their tainted cash.

For the record - my child is now settled into his third school in two years - while (thankfully) those that the SRA will seek to 'protect' cannot find him to threaten him (and I) at the school gates. My 'Thanks' for this are entirely due to the Police - NOT my regulator.
