Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! I do like and embrace digital reform but this is beyond a joke.
You find this a lot with people who front these 'innovative change' speeches - they are the ones who have no idea of the implications, let alone the cost and infrastructural burdens of these kind of projects.
There is some 'twit' down in London thinking up these ideas fresh out of Uni to justify their existence. In theory its great, however, the government do not have the means or talent to properly create, manage and maintain these kind of systems. It has a terrible history of digital innovation - just give Legal Aid SOLICITORS (NOT Barristers) a rise and all will be well!
