To try and put a positive spin on it, you have to admire the relocation to the North West because to me it suggests they also intend take on some of the staff who face being made redundant when the WIP is sold. Whilst it's not a long term solution for those staff it may buy them time to find an alternative role in other areas rather than leaving them in what will be a crowded job market for the thousands of unemployed RTA fee earners (defendant, claimant and insurers). It's bleak but it's inevitable.
