None of the material disclosed by the SRA last week had been published before. It was disclosed to Leigh Day because they persuaded the SDT to make an order for specific disclosure of it in February 2017. It was then referred to at trial. It was published by the SRA last week as a result of the FOI request. But is only represents a small proportion of the correspondence which was disclosed to Leigh Day.

The SRA must now publish the rest of the correspondence which it produced as a result of the order for specific disclosure. It can't just publish its own self-selected fraction of that correspondence.

Anyone who wants to see the whole of the SRA's correspondence with the government should write to the SDT and ask for a copy of it. It formed bundles 47 and 48 at trial.
