From the Website:
For every £10,000 you would pay a lawyer, we aim to charge £1,000 so they would charge on tenth of what lawyers charge.
But the hourly rate is quoted on the website is between £50 and £100 per hour compared with solicitors charging between £200 and £350 per hour. Nothing like one tenth of the cost. In fact it is between one seventh and one half.
Great maths there chaps - just the sort of thing you do not need to be good at in dealing with financial orders.
He (Kedge) added that it is ‘appalling’ that family law is not part of the price transparency regulations. He failed to mention his website simply quotes hourly rates, and is not "transparent"
