The indications I've had is that this issue has hit the civil courts too and there's a concern that some of the documents e-filed in the last couple of days might have gone into a black hole. Advice was to call the Court and see if they've got the document with a warning that auto response e-mails do not necessarily mean the document will actually reach the file!
