The problem has always been the greedy MD, he knew nothing about the staff and new nothing of their loyalty to the firm. Had the company had a better MD and the firm ran in a better way, then it would have survived.

I am an member of staff who lost their job last week, and to answer some questions, it will definitely NOT be reborn as a new firm. Also, yes it is the same reason as last time - the cause/catalyst was that the MD rinsed the firm for everything leaving everyone to pick up the pieces.

There was lots of very hard working staff who put their all into making the reborn firm work. If it wasn't for one man only - Paul, then the firm would have worked. !
