Too much PC. If your good, they'll take you on, if you've put effort in before. Most of those crying "Discrimination" don't want to put in the Hours or Effort. Stop wrongly promoting Women who can't hack it. If they're so good, why don't they set up their own Firms. The USA found that those who put what their background was, ended up being labelled as having it easier and stopped doing it. I'm female and believe in getting jobs on your Merits. I've never had a desire to work as hard as many top achievers, mainly men, have to. I'm old school and proud of it. Why can't these women realise how stupid they are to whinge and moan continually as they do today, always blaming others.
