Two assumptions are questionable to say the least.

What evidence leads you to state that that the EU will agree to renegotiate?

The agreement was also negotiated and approved by our Cabinet, presumably meeting their wishes, though rejected by a majority of MPs. It is very hard to see what Parliament wants- as opposed to what it doesn't want. If everybody knew what "the UK" ( presumably you mean the Westminster Parliament) actually wanted then we wouldn't be where we are- nowhere.
