People commenting here appear to be (fortunately for them) blissfully unaware of how CMCs like this will be working.

Its true that they won't be making money from PI or the costs attached to it. The key phrase here is "whole of the claim".

The profit will be in providing a full spectrum "bespoke" service. That means PI, credit hire (still quite a money spinner), treatment (at the usual grossly inflated costs that bear no resemblance to the amount charged by the treating expert) and so on.

The term is "layering", and it's going to be quite a thing to see.
