No substance whatsoever. Those with the money ( banks, insurance companies, local authorities, the police etc) will be encouraged to continue to take advantage of those who are not in a position to stand up for themselves. Why cant we sell one of those redundant aircraft carriers now we've learnt the lessons of Iraq and Afghanistan and put the money to resolving the social injustice that has festered since the 2008 economic catastrophe?
