I think the sheer number of on going cases will surprise even the hardened PI claimant solicitor, as mentioned insurers have worked together for years legally sharing data to try and prevent fraud and they will continue to do so and they do have the resources and funds to bring action against these firms, it will be an interesting next 6 months or so for a lot of the larger firms involved in many of these cases
