What a crock of sh......t

I speak to people on an almost daily basis who are often in tears at the whiplash injuries that they have been left with even after a fairly minor RTA, try telling someone who has never had any previous neck problems and has been left with a permanent injury that it's a two year acceleration and they would have had the symptoms in any event. Every single one of them has said to me that they would rather go back to their pre-accident position than take the compensation and have to put up with their injuries for the rest of their days.
