This article is shameful. It reads like a satirical piece. Please tell us it was meant for 1st April?

Strong women have fought for years to shake off the stereotype that they are weak, hypersensitive, and too emotional. Yet you cite as an example of unconscious bias a woman who was upset because she received great feedback for a speech! You’re doing nothing but perpetuate the idea that women are paranoid and weak – so weak that even if you pay them a compliment then they have the right to take offence.

What happened to the old-school tough-as-nails feminism? Sadly it has it been replaced by this infantile take-offence-to-everything culture.
