This solicitor should ask himself whether he should remain as a member of the solicitor’s profession as his judgement is surely deeply worrying.If he cannot see that what he did was highly improper then his moral compass is deeply flawed.Any potential client, made aware of this case,would be reluctant to place their confidence in him in his capacity as an independent legal advisor able to act objectively on behalf of clients.
