When the phoenix rises from the ashes, would all solicitors please have regard to the fact that HMRC and other creditors have been left substantially out of pocket here.

When the members of the defunct company dust themselves down, establish a new identities and send you their sales literature (making promises of upfront WiP payments and record breaking costs settlements etc)....please think about instructing one of the other costs firms out there who have loyalty, integrity and who pay their debts.
