That is both racist, sexist and based upon reverse snobbery. I imagine there are plenty of white males struggling to get training contracts. I also suspect there are black females with the necessary contacts. Why speak in this way which just increases feelings of prejudice, which I suspect is the opposite of what you hope to achieve?
