"Government legal workplaces were reported to have the highest prevalence of bullying, with almost 70% of respondents recording aggressive or uncivil behaviour. Private practice had the lowest rate of bullying, 39%, while private sector in-house workplaces and barristers’ chambers reported around 47%."

I condemn bullying in all its forms, of course, but equally, I'm rather down on breathless, uncontextualised reporting as well.

These figures mean nothing without knowing what percentage of employees responded. 70% of respondents would be an absolutely staggering number if the respondents made up a sizeable proportion of the cohort. However, it would make for a rather less noteworthy figure if only five people (out of thousands) responded.
