This has gone on for decades. When I was training to be a solicitor with one of the most prestigious firms almost 40 years ago, I was harrassed, sexually abused, raped, blackmailed and bullied by one of my principals. The only way I could escape was to leave, which I did, feeling like a failure, something I never really got over, suffered anorexia, bulimia, eventually left the profession. My health and wellbeing both physical and mental has been affected throughout my life because of this early abuse.
