Aylesbury firm Parrott & Coales LLP has appointed a sixth member to its residential property team as the firm continues to feel the benefits of a buoyant housing market.

Brinder Randhawa (pictured) is an associate solicitor from London with five years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Brinder specialises in freehold and leasehold property, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds and transfers of equity.

However, she also advises on matters such as planning, rights of way, boundary issues and tenancy questions.

Brinder joins the firm the same time as Kate Newbold, trainee solicitor. Kate, who graduated from Bournemouth University with a law degree and now lives in Aylesbury, will be working closely with all eight of Parrott & Coales’ legal departments; building up the training and skills required before qualifying as a fully fledged solicitor.

‘It’s great to have Brinder and Kate on the team,’ said Stephen Carew, head of the Property Department.

‘The firm is seeing the benefits of an upturn in the property sector and business has also increased with the rise in new housing sites in Aylesbury such as Berryfields, Buckingham Park, Aylesbury Quarter, Grand Central and The Avenue.

‘It’s a perfect time for Brinder and Kate to join during such a busy time and I look forward to their continued success in the firm.’
