
Specialist family law firm FM Family Law has recruited partner Maya Bhatiani to open and lead its Bishop’s Stortford office.
Bhatiani specialises in private children matters, including cases in which fact-finding hearings may be required and in the relocation of children, both internally within the UK and internationally. She also advises on matters concerning Specific Issue, Prohibited Steps and protective orders, Grandparent’s Rights and Special Guardianship orders.
Bhatiani’s expertise includes advising clients on cases in which third party interests are involved, or variation of existing orders are required. She also assists clients with drafting and advising on nuptial and separation agreements and she is regularly instructed in cohabitation matters.
