National law firm Flint Bishop has appointed corporate partner Russell Bainbridge in Sheffield.
Bainbridge joins the firm from Knights, with over a decade of experience advising businesses, shareholders and lenders on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, employee ownership trusts, corporate restructurings and governance matters.
He has acted for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to listed companies, with particular expertise in the healthcare, manufacturing and waste management sectors.
His recent deal credentials include advising on the sale of medical device manufacturer The SpineCorporation to Nasdaq-listed OrthoPediatrics Corp, supporting multiple care home acquisitions for a UK leading care home provider, and advising on a number of employee ownership trust transactions.
