Is it Obiter, but are solicitor-advocates - like policemen - getting younger these days? Hannah Volpe from Bevan Brittan's Bristol office has written in to say she has just got her higher rights of audience despite being the tender age of 26. 'Does this make me the youngest in the country?' she asks. 'Are you able to tell me if this is correct?' We are not sure, so we are handing this one over to our readers. For the record - and for the ageing hacks here, it is hard to write - Hannah was born on 20 February 1979. Can anybody out there beat that?
