In 1938 Saville Cohen, a solicitor, killed this glorious tuna, or tunny fish. Somehow this picture of his fabulous day wound its way into the Law Society library's collection, where it remains. We know almost nothing more of Mr Cohen except that we also have a second picture of another huge catch from 1947. We were struck by the fish, Mr Cohen himself (who seems not to age a year between 1938 and 1947) and the fact that some of those young men and women in the background may not have lived to see his post-war angling coup. If you know any more about Mr Cohen, we'd be delighted to hear it.
