Driving ambition

Here at Obiter Towers, we were planning - after our recent heavy coverage - to make a vow of abstinence when it came to profiling motor-racing solicitors. We are prepared to make one final exception though for Christina Finburgh, an associate at City firm Norton Rose, who has been selected for a Formula Woman assessment day on 2 May. Pictured above putting a Caterham 7 through its paces around the track at Brands Hatch recently, Ms Finburgh is hoping to be chosen as one of the 16 best female drivers in the UK not to have previously held a race licence. The successful candidates will then take part in Formula Woman's 2007 novice championship over the course of the summer.
