After all, here at Obiter HQ we still receive - on a weekly basis - out-of-focus pictures of lawyers sitting glumly in front of some dusty old copies of the All England Law Reports or Halsbury's. That is, if they aren't in front of a portrait of one of the firm's founders with statutory mutton-chop whiskers. But isn't there something a bit weird about this shot?
