Obiter has profiled dancing solicitors before, but Elizabeth Mitchell (inset) of Pocklington firm Wood Sherwood is set to break new ground. Ms Mitchell has been learning Bollywood dancing for the past two years and successfully auditioned to be a dancer in the forthcoming production of 'Bollywood Jane' at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in Leeds. The cast are professional actors but the dancers have been chosen from all walks of life. 'Bollywood Jane' - the story of a single mother who gets swept up in the world of Bollywood - will be on for the whole of June, to coincide with the hosting of the International Indian Film Awards in Yorkshire. Ms Mitchell, a litigation and family law specialist, is rehearsing three times a week after work to get ready. For more information, go to www.wyplayhouse.com.
