Solicitors specialising in actions against the police may view this photo as evidence of a nailed-on claim waiting to be issued, but sadly for them it is just a stunt that took place in Chester, 'all in the name of charity'.
David Owen, head of personal injury at Oliver & Co, took part in the Jail 4 Bail event in aid of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, which saw him arrested and handcuffed at work by Her Majesty's finest, while a Town Crier ensured that all in the vicinity knew what was happening to him.
Mr Owen was banged up on the grounds of committing 'crimes against fashion and dancing', with at least 65 witnesses who had attended Oliver & Co social events coming forward. Staff also took some delight in decorating the prison outfit he had to wear.
Those arrested had to make their case to the Mayor of Chester and raise a minimum of £500 bail before being released. Given the colour of his outfit and the messages it would send out were he really in chokey, we hope for Mr Owen's sake that he was able to find the cash.
