Obiter has heard of clients badgering lawyers but this is ridiculous. Looking at the picture, it is hard to tell who is more unhappy about being subjected to a PR photo-shoot - Stephen Sullivan of Kent firm Furley Page or the unnamed badger.
It is all for good reason though, as Mr Sullivan advised the Wildwood Trust on the purchase of the freehold of its centre at Herne Common, near Canterbury. Let's hope that the commercial property lawyer has a good dry-cleaners nearby.
