The brains behind one of the country's best-named legal practices - the Flying Lawyer - is also setting standards in innovation in marketing. A nifty bit of design sees the head of the firm's principal, asset and consumer finance specialist James Daly, superimposed on the body of Rodin's 'The Thinker' with the tagline 'Let the Flying Lawyer do the thinking for you'. Rodin once said of his best-known piece: 'What makes my Thinker think is that he thinks not only with the brain, with his knitted brow, his distended nostrils, and compressed lips, but with every muscle of his arms, back, and legs, with his clenched fist and gripping toes.' Sounds pretty painful, but at least clients are getting value for money. What they perhaps don't know about the piece is that it was originally created as part of Rodin's larger work 'The Gates of Hell'. One for Mr Daly and his clients to ponder, perhaps?
