Here at Obiter HQ we always enjoy hearing about people in the legal profession who have been touched by celluloid greatness. So we were delighted when news reached us that the deputy head of London-based Charter Chambers, Jerome Lynch QC, and the set's chief clerk, Patrick Duane, appear in the forthcoming British comedy 'The All Together'. Mr Lynch appears for a full 30 seconds in the film, which stars Martin Freeman of 'The Office' and 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' and opens next month, while eagle-eyed viewers will be able to spot the back, shoes and cigarette of Mr Duane. Sightings of any other lawyers on screen should be sent to gazette-editorial@lawsociety.org.uk.
