Staff from healthcare law firm Capsticks take their own health very seriously. This lycra-clad foursome will be participating in triathlons (running, swimming and cycling) throughout the year. We’re talking world class: solicitor Emma Smith is the World Xterra Champion for her age group (something to do with cycling up volcanoes), while Esther Evans achieved 16th place at the world triathlon championships. Peter Edwards, senior partner at Capsticks, said: ‘I find training and racing a great stress-buster to get rid of the pressures of my job.’
