News of a tremendous legal triumph in the world of sport. Jill Parker, an associate in the property finance team at City firm Berwin Leighton Paisner, recently won the national 30-34 age group triathlon championships in Wakefield.
The race was a 1,500m triangular swim around the lake in Pugney Park, followed by a 40km bike course over the hills and then a 10km run consisting of four laps around the lake.
Better still, Ms Parker has qualified for the world championships in Vancouver next year and has targeted a place at the London Olympics. She fits her training around a full working day, often by running, swimming or cycling for two hours before work.
