Empowering young people to restore the natural world.
Action for Conservation is a UK environmental education and conservation charity using innovative approaches to inspire young people from diverse backgrounds, aged 12 to 24, to become the next generation of environmental leaders.
Your legacy will have a transformational impact for nature and the young people who are the custodians of tomorrow’s world.
With your support, Action for Conservation will inspire and empower young people from across the UK to address the climate crisis through practical conservation activities. They will develop new skills and knowledge, improve their wellbeing and resilience, meet like-minded peers, strengthen their connection to their local communities, and build a lasting connection to nature.
Our life-changing programmes place young people at the heart of local nature restoration and community action. We run nature education workshops in schools and youth groups; immersive residential Summer Camps in UK National Parks; a year-long individual mentoring and support programme for emerging young leaders; and Intergenerational Nature Restoration Projects, which establish and embed youth environmental decision-making and conservation action at a landscape scale across rivers, farms and nature reserves in the UK.
By supporting our work, you leave a legacy for the next generation of environmental leaders and a future in which people and planet can thrive together.
