Help the Homeless aims to help homeless people off the streets and enable them to live healthy, independent lives.
Founded in 1975, we give grants to small, grassroots charities using their local knowledge to work with the most vulnerable people in their communities.
Our funding supports homeless adults, families, young people and children all over the UK to get back on their feet.
Sadly homelessness remains a serious problem across the UK and many small charities are stretched to breaking point.
Our support is needed now more than ever. All donations, gifts and legacies are most gratefully received and put to excellent use - please help us reach more people in desperate need.
