Law firm Lester Aldridge has announced the promotion of Claire Long from associate to partner with the real estate group. 

Long joined Lester Aldridge’s Southampton office in 2018 having qualified at an international law firm in 2006. She advises on a variety of commercial property matters including all aspects of non-disputed landlord and tenant work, property portfolio management and investment acquisitions and disposals. Long prides herself on providing pragmatic, commercial and efficient advice to all of her clients.

Deena Blake is welcomed to the firm as a new associate, also with the real estate group. 

Blake rejoined the Bournemouth office, specialising in residential development and social housing. Her experience includes acting for a number of the top 10 national house-builders, regional house-builders, housing associations, councils and private individuals.
