Bloomsbury Square Employment Law has appointed Donna Clancy as partner.

Clancy joins from Pattinson & Brewer LLP, where she was a senior associate advising claimants on contentious and non-contentious issues including exit strategies, complex discrimination, equal pay, TUPE, whistleblowing and protected disclosure claims.

She has over 25 years’ experience and her practice has covered both individual and multi-party litigation, including collective redundancy cases that have involved the Employment Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Clancy has advised senior executives and professionals working in finance, entertainment, sport retail and public sector organisations such as the NHS.

In addition to her practice, Clancy sits part-time as a judge in the First-Tier tribunal.
