International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has welcomed James Wilson as partner in its corporate team in London.
Wilson specialises in equity capital markets transactions across the main market of the London Stock Exchange, AIM and Aquis, including IPOs, dual listings, reverse takeovers, secondary fundraisings and corporate governance advice. He also advises on public takeovers under the UK Takeover Code, as well as domestic and international M&A for private companies.
Wilson joins Trowers from DWF.
