Specialist Yorkshire law firm Medical Solicitors has recruited grade A clinical negligence solicitor Esther Gaudoin.
Gaudoin, who will be based at the firm’s Sheffield office, has specialised exclusively in clinical negligence law. She has experience in catastrophic injury claims, particularly birth injury and spinal cases.
Gaudoin commented: 'It’s incredibly rewarding to help people turn their lives around after devastating injuries.
'Securing compensation can fund essential care, home adaptations and therapy and, just as importantly, give clients back a sense of independence and the ability to enjoy life again.'
Her career highlights include achieving a settlement of more than £2.5 million in a complex spinal abscess case which involved cross border elements that she managed over several years.
