Wilkin Chapman, the largest law firm in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire, has welcomed partner Luke Rees to its corporate and commercial team.
Rees has over 15 years of experience working with commercial clients on company sales and purchases, private equity investments, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements and commercial agreements.
He joins the team of 18 corporate and commercial law specialists based across the firm’s offices in Grimsby, Lincoln and Beverley.
