Law firm Freeths has appointed corporate director Joe Lythgoe to expand its national and international M&A practice.
Lythgoe has previously worked in private practice at City firm Lewis Silkin and in-house. He has over ten years’ experience working in M&A, with a particular focus on the creative industries, including marketing services, PR and television. He has advised on several high-profile transactions and private equity investments in these sectors.
