Firm hire: Corporate partner joins Birketts

Birketts has appointed Matthew Stratton as partner in its corporate team in London. 

Stratton had been a partner at Ince & Co since 2014. He advises international and domestic clients across a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, shareholding arrangements, fund raisings and inward investments. 

His clients include start-ups, owner-managed businesses, international groups and public companies, in sectors covering shipping, energy, logistics, PR, tech and real estate.
