Firm hire: ​Dental specialist joins Bevan Brittan

National law firm Bevan Brittan has welcomed corporate and commercial partner Faisal Dhalla to it’s Leeds office.

Dhalla will join the firm's independent health and care team, focusing predominantly on the dental sector.

His career spans almost 22 years, and includes advising a range of private and public sector organisations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, commercial contracts and banking and finance law. 

He has advised shareholders on shareholder exits, notably specialising in exits involving sales to large corporate groups.
