Devonshires has appointed development and regeneration specialist Hannah Langford to its real estate and projects team.  

Joining from Clarke Willmott, Langford has over 10 years’ property and planning experience. Langford’s focus will predominantly be on registered provider development with a particular focus on planning, regeneration and merger due diligence. 

Prior to Clarke Willmott, Langford was an in-house lawyer at social housing provider Clarion Housing. She is currently a board member for Golding Homes, a housing association based in Kent. Langford has also previously worked in-house at a number of local authorities including Medway Council, Sevenoaks District Council and Newham Council. 

Langford specialises in development and regeneration schemes including site assembly, joint ventures, section 106 acquisitions and regeneration projects. Langford will also provide property support to Devonshires’ banking, governance and corporate team in relation to mergers.
