Caroline Dodman has joined Marriott Harrison LLP from CMS, having trained and qualified at Ashurst in 2012.
Dodman has a wide range of experience advising domestic and international lenders, borrowers, creditors and other interested parties on the full life-cycle of bilateral and syndicated, domestic and cross-border debt and structured finance. She also acts regularly on corporate restructurings, formal insolvencies and advises stakeholders in relation to stressed and distressed situations.
